ERROR! Pinnacle was purchased by AVID and Studio 16 is the logicuel AVID renamed the Pinnacle. So, same fight as MAGIX for the jack in the hand. It is using Antidote 8 that I realized a fact : I thought I did know the French language and I was wrong! This software is a must for those who want to be sure to speak (write) correctly "the language of Molière"... You won't make any more spelling or syntax by using it... very convenient for not to be an idiot!!!! ESSENTIAL. Personally I like this product but I do not recommend it. Too simplistic for a professional job or even semi-professional, too difficult learning to a user who simply wants to get in shape its taken videos to show in a clean way. Of all ways, in front of the uselessness of this version of Magix etdevant the inability of their it department to solve the problems, I installed "Nero video 12". And there, miracle, everything works!!! It is doncbien the app of Magix that is in question and nothing else.. Software is very well designed and allows you to progress in the music when you play an instrument. Several possible paths so there is the possibility to play several instruments, very well made product! Good surprise compared to Pinnacle Studio 16, Movie Studio will load very quickly, which is nice when you come back frequently, on a project. Another good surprise, the stability, that I have not yet in default, even on large-scale projects, the software has not crashed a single time, while I do not even count with Pinnacle (on the same machine). Actually, the interface is not the most modern, and sometimes it takes a not bad search to find or discover functionality. The help isn't always a great help, then you should not hesitate to experiment, which means that this software will address a public rather informed and comfortable with the computer. In conclusion, I would say that the price/quality ratio is almost flawless, given the richness of the product compared to other offerings on the market (in the same category of course), and if given enough time to get started.
